Working With Your Team

QRMC is strongly of the view that the best way to identify threats and risks to your business is to harness the skills and knowledge of your people, and to supplement this knowledge with specific skills or by bringing in a variety of industry experience relevant to the business or project.

QRMC (operating in accordance with AS/NZS 4360:2004 Risk Management) works through a combination of targeted interviews and workshops with your staff and (if relevant) other key stakeholders, aimed at extracting vital information and data.

Workshops can be targeted at a specific problem or used to brainstorm and identify broader issues. Workshops also aim to facilitate knowledge sharing with participants, to enable them to apply the principles of risk management in their own areas of responsibility.

QRMC works with you as a strategic partner contributing to the success of your business. Your management team is directly involved in the approach taken to the risk management program, and the development of your risk management strategies.

Documentation

At the conclusion of the services, QRMC’s clients receive a full report with format and content as agreed for the project, but generally containing the methodology adopted, the outcomes and findings of each stage of the project, and conclusions and recommendations as required to achieve the project’s goals. QRMC aims to provide its clients with full documentation of the project and the way forward, which can be utilised in business planning activities and to keep the program alive and up to date.

Confidentiality

QRMC understands its staff are in a position that may involve knowledge of our client organisations' proprietary and confidential information.  QRMC's staff all explicitly agree that on commencing employment they will regard and preserve as confidential all such information and any other information that could reasonably be regarded as confidential pertaining to the business of our clients, from whatever source, both during and after the term of their employment.  QRMC is also willing to undertake any confidentiality deeds of agreement which may be required by its clients.

"After Sales" Service

QRMC will provide fully documented reports on all aspects of the project. Reports generally include an explanation of the process which was undertaken, the findings, recommendations, outcomes, and all materials used in the risk management process. QRMC aims to ensure that the client organisation has all of the information it needs to fully integrate the work into existing systems and get maximum value from the project's outcomes.

QRMC will always ensure that the client is satisfied with the services provided before considering the project to be complete. QRMC can also assist with post-project implementation and monitoring services, auditing and testing, or advice regarding strategies to build on the work already done.

QRMC Billing

QRMC understands the need for flexibility in determining a fee structure to suit your particular business needs. Therefore our consulting fees can take the form of hourly charge-out at a pre-determined rate, or a project fee determined at commencement of the assignment and invoiced either monthly or according to agreed milestones. Any variations to project scope (generally client-initiated) will be quoted and agreed before any time or cost is incurred.
