Risk Management Programs and Assessments

RiskMgtJPG QRMC can develop a full risk management program, including the development of context, identification of risks, the prioritising of the risks, analysis of risks, development of treatments / mitigation strategies, development of completed risk register, and establishing an effective monitoring process to ensure continued effectiveness.  All risk management programs and assessments are compliant to the AS/NZS 4360:2004 Risk Management standard.

QRMC also performs strategic and operational risk assessments on the total organisation or any part thereof including project risk assessments.

Where required, QRMC can carry out individual steps within the overall process. For example, should a client require only the identification component, or alternatively the identification and analysis components, our consultants will provide a detailed report providing guidance on these areas.

Occupational Health and Safety

OH&SJPG QRMC provides professional advice on OHS management practices, giving direction on compliance with the applicable legislative or regulatory framework, such as the Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995, the NSW Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000, and applicable standards, regulations and codes of practice. QRMC can develop systems compliant with AS/NZS 4801 Occupational health and safety management systems and a wide range of other audit tools and legislative frameworks, and audit systems against a clients’ selected framework to provide gap analyses for improvement.

Safety Management Systems

SMSJPG QRMC can develop a full occupational health and safety management system compliant with AS/NZS 4801 Occupational health and safety management systems, including all of the relevant policies, procedures and forms.

QRMC also has the capability and appropriate certification to audit an existing safety management system for compliance with relevant legislative requirements, and to provide detailed recommendations for improvement.

Training and Development
